Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.

To be eligible, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Have original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging

Show no signs of wear, odor, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Discounted or promotional items

Clearance items

Items marked “Final Sale”

Worn, washed, or damaged items


Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit will be issued after inspection

Store credit does not expire

Store credit is non-transferable

Cash refunds are not provided.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may use store credit to place a new order.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit
