6. First-Time Shopper Promotional Offer (Online Orders Only)

From time to time, IConquerLife may offer a promotional incentive for first-time online shoppers, valid for a limited period of fourteen (14) days from the date of a customer’s first qualifying purchase or account creation.

Offer Terms:

* This promotion is available one time per customer, per household, and/or per billing address.

* The offer applies only to first-time online purchases made directly through the IConquerLife website.

* The promotion must be redeemed within the stated 14-day eligibility window to be valid.

* Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.

* IConquerLife reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

* Abuse, fraud, or misuse of the offer may result in order cancellation or disqualification.

Additional terms and exclusions may apply and will be disclosed at the time of the promotion.

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

By placing an order or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates) via email and SMS.

Users who opt-in can expect to receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages regarding new arrivals, exclusive discounts, and seasonal deals.

• Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 888-309-8097. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

• Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

IConquerLife uses Biggs Grows & Inspires Marketing Agency to provide:

Analytics and performance optimization

Biggs Grows & Inspires Marketing Agency does not sell products, process payments, or own customer relationships. All transactions occur directly with IConquerLife.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product designs, images, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of IConquerLife and may not be used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IConquerLife shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
